On Deck: Todd Frazier of the Cincinnati Reds to be Featured Guest on November Conference Call
Audio File
Cincinnati Reds third baseman, Todd Frazier, will be the featured Major Leaguer on the next Action Team monthly conference call, scheduled for Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 9 PM EST.
Todd, a New Jersey native, will be joined on the call by fellow Garden Staters and teen Action Team Captains from Bergenfield High School.
In 2012, Todd was chosen by his peers as the Players Choice Award winner for National League Outstanding Rookie. For wining this award, Todd received a $20,000 grant from the Players Trust and contributed $10,000 to Baseball United Foundation’s “Grand Slam for Sandy” fundraising effort for Hurricane Sandy victims near his native Point Pleasant, N.J. community.
“When Sandy hit, I knew I wanted to help out in some way. Anytime you can help families get back on their feet after such devastation, it is a no brainer,” stated Todd.
