At Del Monte Foods, we know that attracting diverse talent is not enough if our team members don’t feel supported and represented at work. As such, our Diversity Leadership Council, comprised of team members from across the company with executive oversight, is focused on designing, building and leading our diversity, inclusion and belonging efforts across our workforce. Furthermore, in 2022, Del Monte Foods received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2022 Corporate Equality Index, the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace equality. Our efforts in satisfying all of the CEI’s criteria earned Del Monte Foods a top score and the designation as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ+ Equality.
