Disney Publishes First Summary of Performance Against Targets

BURBANK, Cailf., April 1, 2013 /3BL Media/ - Disney today published its 2012 Citizenship Performance Summary.
The summary, available online at www.thewaltdisneycompany.com/citizenship/reporting , focuses on Disney’s FY12 performance on more than 60 targets, including efforts to:
- Minimize Disney’s environmental footprint
- Foster safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces
- Utilize strategic philanthropy to encourage compassion, conservation, and creativity
- Partner with parents in their quest to raise healthy kids
Disney continued to engage external stakeholders in the review and development of the performance summary by working with organizations such as Ceres and SustainAbility.
Along with this performance summary, Disney will share stories, videos, and updates throughout the year on its website to provide richer context into its citizenship efforts.
