East Side Avenues, a unique public/private partnership formed in 2019 to revitalize Buffalo’s East Side, has issued its 2020-2021 annual report on community development and revitalization progress.
East Side Avenues provides capital and organizational support to transformational projects in targeted areas along four commercial corridors.
In 2019, KeyBank, in partnership with First Niagara Foundation, was the first to support the fund with a $1 million commitment.
