Ecolab food safety expert Dr. Ruth Petran  discusses strategies for "Keeping it Clean in 2015: New Year’s Resolutions to Correct and Prevent Common Health Department Violations." The webinar discusses the significant public health concerns associated with foodborne illnesses, and ways to mitigate foodborne illness and prevent other common health department violations. 

Ruth Petran, Ph. D., CFS, is vice president, Food Safety and Public Health at Ecolab. In her current role, Dr. Petran provides technical expertise and consultation on food safety and public health issues, and works to identify emerging food safety trends and new control strategies.
