Hundreds of cities, states and companies have committed to meet the climate targets outlined in the Paris agreement. But in order for these targets to be effective, they must be developed using standardized methods that are “science-based”.
Kealy Herman, WSP, will discuss how to ensure that your corporate targets are aligned with current climate science and how to determine which approach is right for your organization. The webinar will provide guidance for setting science-based targets for operations (scope 1 and 2) and ambitious targets for supply chain emissions (scope 3). A 2018 EDF Climate Corps host will be on hand give insights on their process of setting a science-based target and where they are now.
