El Abra, a Freeport-McMoRan Company, Graduates Women Business Owners from the Dreambuilder Program
Entrepreneurs from Calama, Alto El Loa, María Elena and Tocopilla in Chile recently finished the Dreambuilder training program and received their diplomas.
The Dreambuilder program was implemented in the region in 2013, and since then has trained more than 500 women. The business innovation program includes core business management topics such as business planning, market research, marketing, budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, branding, pricing, customer service, human resources and goal setting, which are taught in an interactive format.
