Former Prime Minister of Australia Addresses the BSR Conference 2016

In a plenary address at the BSR Conference 2016, the Honorable Kevin Rudd, former prime minister of Australia and president of the Asia Society Policy Institute, explored how being bold can help build a better world.

"Without finance, effective action on climate change is a dead letter," Rudd said.

Following his address, Rudd answered live questions from BSR Conference participants and Twitter.
