Who is Michael Dickstein?
Michael Dickstein, former Group Director Sustainability & Community at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), joined us for the eighth episode of the Future of the CSO series. Having been with Coca Cola HBC for over 4 1/2 years, Michael led the company’s change in climate action, circular plastic, water stewardship and youth empowerment, alongside developing and implementing the ESG strategy. With over 20 years of global experience in reputation strategy and stakeholder engagement, with a strong record in Sustainability, public affairs and communication, Michael brought his passion and experience in the industry to the conversation.
Who is Martin Kathriner?
Martin Kathriner, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Director at Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC) Switzerland, also joined Episode 8 of the 'Future of the CSO' series. With a wealth of international experience having worked in Corporate Affairs at Samsung Electrics and as a lecturer at the University of Applied Science in Business Administration, Martin shared valuable and insightful knowledge on what it takes to work in the industry.
Who is Harco Leertouwer?
The host for the eighth episode of the CSO series is Acre's Managing Director - Europe, Harco J. Leertouwer who leads the team responsible for the business in Continental Europe and is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Harco brings in a wealth of executive search and international business growth experience, having been a Director of Michael Page in Germany and Managing Director for Badenoch & Clark Germany and the Netherlands. Moreover, Harco is an active member of the Climate Reality Project, a diverse group of passionate individuals who have come together to solve the greatest challenge of our time.
Who is Mike Barry?
The second host to join the conversation is Mike Barry, Director of mikebarryeco and a long-standing leader in sustainable change. As the former Chief Sustainability Officer for Marks and Spencer, he is best known for his time at the organisation achieving zero-waste-to-landfill status, moving to 100% renewable electricity and achieving carbon neutrality across the global estate of stores, offices and warehouses. Alongside this long-standing legacy, Mike brings an array of broad experience working at an international level of business, charities, think tanks and startups.
