Hershey Helps Lead AIM-Progress' Work to Align Industry on Living Wage in Supply Chains
Industry collaboration on the important topic of living wages is critical to how to companies across many commercial categories can work toward living wages in global supply chains. AIM-Progress recently established a working group to lead this critical work and to create alignment, tools and processes for industry to guide the way forward. Hershey has been focused on this topic in recent years as part of its work in the area of Human Rights, and Hershey’s Whitney Mayer, who also leads the company’s Human Rights program, served as a co-chair for the AIM-Progress working group seeking living wages across global supply chains.
