Ideas that Matter
Another winner of this year’s Ideas that Matter grant is The Center for Design in the Public Interest (DiPi) at the University of California, Davis. They worked with Hill Country Health and Wellness to create a 5-component toolkit that will improve patient/provider communication about chronic pain treatment options by empowering a shared decision-making process.
