Illumina Launches New Employee Resource Group iLatinx During Hispanic Heritage Month

At Illumina, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive environment. One of the many ways we celebrate our employees’ unique life experiences, talents, and passions is through employee resource groups (ERGs). During Hispanic Heritage Month, we launched our newest employee resource group, iLatinx. iLatinx will support Latinx-identified employees by creating forums to discuss Latinx cultures and issues, to educate others throughout the organization, and provide leadership development opportunities for Latinx employees.

Employees across the organization are excited about the company and community benefits of the new iLatinx ERG.
