KFC to Turn 60,000 Old Uniforms Into New Carpet

Around 60,000 old KFC staff uniforms will be re-purposed and made into 25,000 square metres of carpet underlay, to be sold commercially.
Announced on World Environment Day, KFC Australia said by the end of the year it will use its supply chain network to transfer 60,000 old uniforms to Pacific NonWovens a fibre technology company conducting the re-purposing.
