Through the La Red de Innovación e Impacto program, WEC and our partners support small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) that are accelerating business development and promoting sustainable economic growth in Latin America. Meet one of our La Red members:
Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Chiriquí (CAMCHI), a member organization of La Red de Innovación e Impacto is a non-profit organization created to strengthen commerce in the Province in Chiriquí.
Formed by 375 companies from the Province of Chiriquí and other regions of the country, it supports the commercialization and development of networking between the companies that make it up, offering them opportunities to generate alliances between partners and national and international companies.
About LA RED
The U.S. Department of State has funded the World Environment Center (WEC) and its partners, Le Groupe-conseil baastel ltée (Baastel), and RioSlum Studio, to select organizations that are accelerating business development and promoting sustainable economic growth in Latin America. The Program, La Red de Innovación e Impacto (La Red), was established in 2014 and is a collection of 37 innovative solutions from 11 countries in the region.
