Member organization of La Red de Innovación e Impacto, iCam Group is a Mexican business consulting agency with more than 10 years working in the region, focused on improving the productivity of SMEs.
It provides comprehensive and integrated solutions to the current needs of organizations, offering services for the development of human capital, communication, organizational development and learning.
It uses innovative methodologies to mobilize the talent, knowledge and experience of workers towards key business indicators. iCam created SIMAPRO PYME, an intervention process focused on the implementation of a model that generates the necessary skills for its sustainability and autonomy.
About LA RED
The U.S. Department of State has funded the World Environment Center (WEC) and its partners, Le Groupe-conseil baastel ltée (Baastel), and RioSlum Studio, to select organizations that are accelerating business development and promoting sustainable economic growth in Latin America. The Program, La Red de Innovación e Impacto (La Red), was established in 2014 and is a collection of 37 innovative solutions from 11 countries in the region.
