The Launch Party to Debut the Artwork of the 2011 Show Us Your BRA!™ Calendar benefiting All4One Alliance is Coming Up on October 19, 2010

(3BLMedia/theCSRfeed) Boston, MA - October 12, 2010 - All4One Alliance, a partnership of The Breast Form Fund, CancerCare, Cancer Resource Foundation, and Luminous Breast Cancer Foundation, invites Boston-area residents to join us for an evening of art, fashion, and music to benefit All4One Alliance and its services for underserved women living with and beyond breast cancer. The 2011 Show Us Your BRA!™ Calendar Launch Party will take place on Tuesday, October, 19, 2010 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. at The Liberty Hotel, 215 Charles Street, in Beacon Hill. The Launch Party features the debut of the one-of-a-kind bra-art of those “bratistes” and “celebratistes” who contributed to the 2011 Show Us Your Bra™ Calendar. Celebrities whose art will be on display include India.Arie, Emme, Rebecca Minkoff, and Diane Birch. Sometime humorous, sometimes stunningly beautiful, sometimes both, the cleverly-named pieces inspire the viewer and raise awareness about the importance of post-mastectomy apparel and prostheses in maintaining the health and well-being of women recovering from and living with breast cancer.   Other highlights of the evening include an exclusive fashion show of the new Amoena Mia bra line, a revolutionary new bra line, which responds to body temperature, as well as a performance by former American Idol contestant, Anwar Robinson. Robinson, a breast cancer advocate whose art is featured in the 2011 calendar, will perform “Chosen,” a song from his new album Transparency, which he wrote in honor of people who have won and lost their battles with breast cancer.   The $75 ticket, which benefits All4One Alliance, includes PINK YOUR DRINK specialty cocktails by Chambord® and all-new Chambord® Flavored Vodka, hors d’oeuvres, and your copy of the 2011 Show Us Your BRA!™ Calendar.   In addition to being an important fundraising event, the Launch Party will be an uplifting evening that brings together breast cancer survivors, artists, and celebrities in support of underserved women living with and beyond breast cancer.
