MAC Sponsors Trans Pride Seattle
M·A·C was proud to sponsor Trans Pride Seattle on Friday, September 2nd at Volunteer Park. The event featured speakers, food trucks and live performances from artists such as Seaside Tryst and The Royal House of Noire, as well as an assortment of booths run by businesses and nonprofits that share a like-minded mission of supporting the trans and broader LGBTQIA+ community. Trans Pride Seattle aims to increase the strength of the trans and gender diverse community and allies through increased visibility, connection, love and celebration, as well as provide an opportunity for the community to learn about relevant local programs, events, and services.
The M·A·C booth was run by four M·A·C Artists and employee volunteers, who gave makeup demonstrations to attendees while spreading the word about M·A·C's founding credo of support and inclusivity for All Ages, All Races and All Genders. The M·A·C team also informed booth visitors about VIVA GLAM's philanthropic efforts to provide healthy futures and equal rights to all through the Lipstick that gives back 100%.
