The focus throughout will be on the practical steps participants can take based on the insightful results of the global survey.

Interactive exercises and wide ranging discussion will explore how to combine creative leadership, renewed citizen relationships, and increased operational dexterity to guide major transformation. You will:

  • gain an in-depth understanding of the three characteristics of organizations that perform well in complexity

  • learn how to apply these three characteristics to your public sector organization

  • understand how to assess the readiness of your organization to successfully manage the complexity and change ahead
