Allan Hakeem, Business Development Director in Toronto, joins SPONSORIUM from Emtec Incorporated, where as Account Manager he delivered technology and professional services for the US-based Systems Integrator.  Allan has had several successful business development roles with Oracle, Microsoft and Bell Canada.
