Moody’s Highlights Pathway to Prosperity, an Initiative for Entrepreneurs and Small Businesses

On September 3, 2019, Moody’s Corporation announced Pathway to Prosperity, a collaboration between its affiliate Finagraph and America’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC) network, at SBDC’s Annual Conference in Long Beach, California.

Pathway to Prosperity is a financial empowerment initiative dedicated to helping entrepreneurs overcome the challenges of growing a small business. Members of SBDC’s network will have access to cash flow management tools and forecasting expertise through training, certification and software – including Finagraph’s CashFlowTool.com. Combining the cutting-edge software with the SBDC Network will stimulate entrepreneurship and help small businesses grow.

“Pathway to Prosperity is an important part of Moody’s Reshape Tomorrow™ initiative, which empowers entrepreneurs and untapped communities with the knowledge, resources and confidence they need to overcome the challenges of growing their small businesses,” according to John Baer, Managing Director at Moody’s Analytics.

Mr. Baer addressed the SBDC’s 2019 Star Reception, which honored 62 individuals from across the country and beyond for outstanding achievement in business counseling and long-term service in economic development. The America’s SBDC Annual Conference 2019 brought together over 1,300 SBDC professionals for development and networking.
