Since 2000, the Corporate Citizenship Awards have showcased how businesses make the world a better place. Every day, businesses serve as a powerful force for good in communities across the United States and in countries around the world. They solve today’s greatest challenges through innovation, expertise, efficiency, capital, and collaboration. For more than 16 years, the Citizens Awards have honored excellence in corporate citizenship.
Awards are given in eight categories, including the below:
Best Community Improvement Program
The Citizen award for this category recognizes a company’s strategic work to improve local communities. Eligible initiatives could focus on a number of topics including green space, arts & culture, neighborhood revitalization, youth development, or safety among others.
If you know of an outstanding citizenship effort by a company or chamber of commerce, we encourage you to submit a nomination. Applications are open now through May 29.
