PHOTO GALLERY | Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation Gro More Good Grantees Get Kids Growing, Learning in the Garden

On the First Day of Spring, March 20, 2019, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation announced its 2019 Gro More Good Grassroots Grantees with KidsGardening. The Gro More Good Grassroots Grants initiative focuses its support on garden and greenspace projects that connect more children with the life-enhancing and transformative benefits of gardening. This is part of ScottsMiracle-Gro’s Gro More Good commitment to bring the life-enhancing benefits of gardens and greenspaces to 10 million children by 2023.

A total of 175 organizations were awarded funding, and more than 62,800 children will benefit from increased experiences with gardening and meaningful outdoor learning experiences. Pictured above are some of those grantees.
