The pillars of Banorte Social Responsibility initiatives
(3BLMedia/theCSRfeed) January 28, 2011 - The pillar of Environmental Responsibility represents the responsibility of acting consciously vis-à-vis the environment; by making a conscious use of the resources needed by the company to perform its activities. To carry out actions that would generate, both internally and externally, a culture of care and respect toward its surroundings.
The pillar of Community Commitment represents the responsibility of interacting with the community and supporting its growth, by acting in accordance to the interests of the company and the community. Because one of our major concerns is the well-being of groups or communities which are in a vulnerable situation, due to several circumstances.
The pillar of Equality and Governance represents the responsibility of providing favorable working conditions, under standards of ethics that would foster both, personal and professional development inside and outside the work environment.
The pillar of the Value Chain represents the responsibility of providing quality products and services as well as having an impact in the supply chain; so that it operates with more sustainable practices.
The icons representing such pillars are meant to easily identify the aspect considered or included in that particular initiative. Also, to remind the viewer about the message of environmental protection, community support, etc., just by looking at the icon (image).
