Updates to PYXERA Global's leadership team include:
Gavin Cepelak has been promoted from Senior Vice President of Global Pro Bono to PYXERA Global's Chief of Staff and Executive Vice President. In this new organizational role, Cepelak acts as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the CEO while spearheading strategic initiatives that help drive organizational business priorities. Cepelak joined PYXERA Global in 2009 and brings nearly two decades of experience in the global social impact space to this important role of setting the future priorities and direction of PYXERA Global.
Maura Fulton has been named the new Vice President of Global Pro Bono. In this role, Fulton will focus on building new partnerships, ensuring the continued delivery of high-quality advisory and program support (in-person and virtual), and leading new strategies that support companies in achieving their business, social, and talent development goals.

Fulton brings significant leadership experience to PYXERA Global, with over 20 years of experience overseeing program development and operations across government, private, and non-profit partners. Having previously served as Senior Advisor to the Directory at the Peace Corps, Fulton led the agency-wide strategic planning process to shape the agency's future. She has successfully collaborated with country counterparts to ensure the mutual benefit of the program and developed partnership agreements with governmental and non-governmental partners on community-led programming in education, community economic development, and other sectors. She brings her expertise in mission-driven work, social impact evolution, and her ability to work interculturally to cultivate meaningful partnerships. Her leadership of Global Pro Bono will drive further connectivity across PYXERA Global's practice areas and growth strategy.
