Stockland’s sixth report explores how the organisation sees its responsibilities to stakeholders and to the environment. It outlines the organisation’s CR&S strategy and aligned business unit policies and strategies, and performance against targets set out in the FY10 report. Achievements and discussion of ongoing and emerging challenges are also covered in the report. Key issues covered include response to climate change and carbon pricing, housing affordability and understanding liveability.
An online collaborative tool was used to develop the report, with over 60 employees contributing data, case studies and discussion of performance. The report is assured to the AA1000 (2008) standards and meets the requirements of the GRI’s A+ application level.
