• Customized information - Based on location, customers can find options such as products and services in the immediate area, weather alerts, holiday schedules and local customer service offices.
   
• Mobile web access - To adjust to the needs of the growing number of Americans who use electronic devices, the site's clean design can be viewed through a mobile phone, laptop or tablet.
   
• New video content – In the coming months, the site will feature videos to help customers learn more about recycling, waste services and keeping the planet clean.
