Rockwell Automation's Ethics Training Highlights New Code of Conduct
In July, Rockwell Automation’s global manufacturing associates will be formally trained on the company’s recently refreshed Code of Conduct as part of the company’s annual ethics training. Updated last fall, the new framework lays out employees’ commitments to integrity, each other, customers and partners, the company and the communities where Rockwell employees live and work.
“While the ethics rules and concepts guiding our company haven’t changed, we recognize our Code of Conduct grows and evolves with us,” said Gary Ballesteros, vice president, law and chief compliance officer and ombuds. “Our Code explains the responsibilities each of us have—regardless of our role, seniority, or location—to act in ways that promote mutual trust and respect, recognize and address risks to our organization, and advance our business goals in the right way.”
