ON Semiconductor Selects Benevity to Power Global Giving Initiatives

ON Semiconductor is excited to partner with Benevity, Inc., the global leader in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and employee engagement software, as their platform was selected to power their CSR initiatives. Employees and community partners will use their Spark and Grants systems moving forward.
As corporations continue to expand their purpose to be more inclusive of actions that benefit employees, the environment and local communities where they operate, they are turning to tools like what Benevity offers for help to scale their CSR, employee engagement and community investment programs.
We chose Benevity for its user-centric design, scalable approach and automation features, which will bring more efficiencies and impact to our global giving program. Their systems will also provide users with a simple way to support the causes that matter to them – making it easier for employees to be empowered to give and volunteer – and for charities and educational institutions to increase donations.
Moreover, I was able to see Benevity’s team first-hand, as I got the awesome opportunity to attend the 2020 Goodness Matters, their annual client conference, in February. In doing so, I'm now able to advance our company’s ability to further engage our employees in giving/volunteering and grow our footprint globally through grants.
I was also able to learn more about how I can maximize our use of the Benevity platform. Benevity’s product experts were able to share more about the updates they have made to their technologies and filled me in on how these enhancements can will assist us to garner more participation and boost our social impact. In addition, I got to network with like-minded professionals and learned best practices from so I can now apply these learnings to take our global giving program to the next level.
Goodness Matters was an invaluable experience as I got to hear from thought leaders in the CSR space who are leading the way in corporate purpose. It also made me think about how our program fits into the larger business context. I was so fortunate to understand how Benevity is solving similar challenges and, in turn, I was able to share some of our own successes as an organization.
