The 2016 LATINA Style Report is an annual survey of the 50 best companies for Latinas to work for in the United States and serves as the most respected source of employment and career information for Hispanic women in the U.S. This year’s report highlights companies that have a dedicated effort to diverse recruitment and promotion initiatives.
“According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Hispanic women’s share of the female labor force has nearly doubled over the last 20 years and by 2022 it is projected to account for more than 8 percent of the total labor force,” said Dr. Rohini Anand, global chief diversity officer, Sodexo. “No plans for a strategic approach to talent pipeline development would be complete without leveraging the knowledge, skills and expertise held by top Latina candidates.”
Sodexo is at the forefront of companies that maintain a commitment to diversity and inclusion, seeing it as a business imperative. One of the world’s leading providers of integrated facilities management and food service operations in 80 countries around the globe, the company promotes a culture of inclusiveness to embrace, leverage and respect the diversity of its workforce, clientele and the communities in which it operates.

Meeting the following additional criteria also earned Sodexo the 2016 distinction:
- Hispanic association
- Recruitment program that targets Latinas
