Over the past quarter decade, Tetra Tech’s Jeannelle Blanchard has built an impressive and diverse career leading energy sector reform projects around the world. Jeannelle has played a management role on more than 30 U.S. Agency for International Development contracts and has extensive experience in the full project management life cycle. Today, she oversees technical experts and project teams around the world in areas of power sector reform; utility reform; the nexus of clean energy, water, and food production; and the nexus of energy and gender.
