Understanding the Importance of Small Businesses

Small businesses are critical to the American economy, and are particularly important to driving and sustaining economic development in low-income communities.  On Citizen IBM, read about how an IBM Impact Grant helped the Association for Enterprise Opportunity (AEO) develop a first-of-its-kind analysis of the size, scope and impact of small businesses in low-income communities.
