VIDEO | Mohawk “Crashes” Atlanta-Area School with New Carpeting for Learning Spaces
Toney Elementary's School Crashers makeover included a dynamic refresh throughout its Decatur, GA campus
Last year, Mohawk Industries and Georgia United Credit Union Foundation’s School Crashers® program transformed learning and administrative environments at seven schools across the Peach State. Refreshing finishes and new energy reinvigorated media centers, music rooms, workspaces and other inspired interiors.
The School Crashers makeover program is designed to unite communities to complete and support local improvement projects for deserving schools. Since the first “crashes” seven years ago, Mohawk’s commercial division, Mohawk Group, and the Foundation, part of Georgia United Credit Union, have worked together to renovate and refresh select public schools and foster much-needed renovations.
