What can RW’s products or services do for me?
“Let’s make 2022 a year for the history books – a good year. Let’s make it a year we can look back at with satisfaction and pride as we make corporate volunteering a key source of societal resilience, human empathy, and compassionate decision-making.” This is the food for thought that Angela Parker, Co-Founder and CEO at Realized Worth, left us with in our last blog of 2021. Many glasses of eggnog, a turkey dinner or two, a few binged TV shows, some family time, and many hours of sleep later, it’s 2022. And we’re ready for a good year. How’s it going so far? Just over a month into the year, we at RW are off to the races with our current partners. We’re designing programs, building trainings, launching volunteer leader networks, and optimizing programs that have been near and dear to us for years. We’re also welcoming new partners aboard who want to make 2022 a great year.
First things first: What are you looking to accomplish? We listen to what you say you need, what you say you don’t need, and what you don’t say you need – we bring our expertise to the table from working with 100s of partners on similar projects. Let me guess. Is your answer similar to one of these?:
- “I need to reassess our current volunteering program. We want to hear from our employees and stakeholders to inform where we take it next.”
- “We want to revitalize the program from top to bottom. Our old approach is no longer good enough, and we want to take it to the next level.”
- “We need to reenergize our employee volunteers. We need to inspire, empower, and equip them with the tools they need to lead at work and in their communities.”
