Chris Jarvis is the Co-Founder and Senior Consultant for Realized Worth, a company based in Toronto, Canada serving clients across the globe.

In the rapidly growing field of Corporate Social Responsibility, the singular focus of Realized Worth is corporate volunteering. "Without exception, we believe that employee engagement is essential to every successful CSR program.”

In this keynote presentation, Chris shares how an organization’s journey toward corporate social responsibility is either propelled or paralyzed by employees. He answers the questions, what does it take to get an entire team on board? And are there best practices or practical steps that can engage your volunteers/ employees as your business works for real and long-term social impacts?

Over the past 20 years, he has worked alongside NPO's across North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia utilizing a model that elevates volunteerism from a task-oriented activity to a transformative experience.
