The International Integrated Reporting Committee (IIRC) just released a report, Towards Integrated Reporting: Communicating Value in the 21st Century, which could result in sweeping changes in the way companies report on financial and sustainability results. The foundation of this discussion is based on the growing interdependencies of today’s financial, management commentary, governance and remuneration, and sustainability reporting.
