What’s in Your Stuff?

Do you know what’s in your stuff? Do your consumers? That chocolate might be tasty, but where did it really come from? How were the cows treated? Was child labor involved? Do the “antioxidants” really make it healthy?

If you’re confused, you’re not alone – more than 65% of consumers are confused by the messages companies use to talk about their social and environmental commitments (Cone 2010 Shared Responsibility Study). And even more – 87% - are skeptical of what companies tell them. So what can we do? To shed some light, Cone Communications is hosting an engaging event with Dara O’Rourke, founder of the GOOD GUIDE; Theo Forbath, the VP of Innovation Strategy at Frog Design; Julie Wittes Schlack, SVP of Innovation and Design at Communispace; and Beth Holzman from Timberland on the issue of transparency and consumer choice.

The free, November 29th event promises to be an engaging and interesting opportunity to learn about and contribute to new ideas in transparency, technology and consumer demand! Click here for more details and to register. We hope to see you there!
