Smithfield Foods Donates $150,000 to Rose Hill, North Carolina Fire Department for New Ladder Truck

The truck was purchased by the Rose Hill Fire Department, a volunteer fire department serving Duplin County, N.C., and was made possible with a $150,000 contribution from the Smithfield Foundation, the philanthropic arm of Smithfield Foods.
