To commemorate the series finale of FOX's groundbreaking reality series "American Idol," 21CF and the Give a Note Foundation announced a new wave of the 21st Century Fox Give a Note Grants, which will support up to 20 under-funded music education programs at schools across the United States. As part of a multi-year, $5 million commitment to increase access to health care in communities nationwide, the CVS Health Foundation today released new data from programs supported through partnerships with the National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) and the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC).
