On April 15, 2016, Dr. Jordan Potash, ATR-BC, REAT, LCPAT, LCAT, represented the American Art Therapy Association at Color Party: TEDx NYU (New York University). As a student organization, TEDx NYU plans annual conferences and smaller community events that act as platforms to address pertinent topics. Along with fellow art therapists and digital arts developers, Dr. Potash discussed adult coloring books by comparing it to other leisure-based and success-oriented activities and contrasting it to art therapy, a regulated mental health profession.

Twenty-five U.S. school districts from 16 states participated in a symposium on global digital education convened by Global Cities, Inc., a program of Bloomberg Philanthropies. More than 20 of the school districts were from the largest school districts in the U.S. including New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Las Vegas, Ft. Lauderdale and Houston. In addition, the symposium was attended by educators from Barcelona, London, and Warsaw.
21st Century Fox celebrated Earth Day this year with the "Explore Your World" photo contest, giving colleagues across the globe the chance to combine their photography skills and their love of the outdoors by sharing their best nature photos on social media with #21CFExplore. More than 3,000 entries poured in from across the business as employees unleashed their inner explorers and posted stunning portraits of the world around them.
