The Beaton family has adopted three children from foster care: Halen, Hudson and Holly. They also have two biological children, Hailey and Hunter. After seeing his siblings arrive to his home with their belongings in trash bags, Hunter started a campaign to provide duffel bags for children entering or transitioning through the foster care system. #ItsWorthIt

The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is committed to dramatically increasing the number of adoptions from foster care. Did you know that more than 20,000 children age out of foster care each year without being adopted? We specifically work with the children who are most at risk of aging out and try to find them an adoptive family before they turn 18.
