Ms. McArthur will be a panelist on the panel, Global Leadership: Innovation in Executive Development at Pfizer, on April 30 in New York City. The panel will be moderated by Harris Ginsberg, former VP of Executive Development at Pfizer.
Ms. McArthur will be speaking about innovation in executive development through global pro bono programs like Pfizer’s Chairman’s Challenge, an initiative that accelerates readiness of key senior executive talent through an emphasis on experiential learning. Ms. McArthur will be accompanied by three Pfizer executives:

- David Mahl, Director, Senior Executive and High Potential Programs, Pfizer
- Mike Gladstone, Regional Head of North America and US Country Manager, Global Innovative Pharma
