Atlas Copco Turkey Welcomes YTT Law Office for a Pleiades Meeting

A woman, even at the youngest age;  believes in herself and her abilities, has the desire to lead, inspire, to better the world and the people around her. Helping women to develop and sustain confidence will be key to nurturing them as leaders. On May 13, Atlas Copco Turkey hosted another fantastic Pleiades meeting with Mert Yalçın, Lawyer&Co-founder YTT Law Office. The meeting mainly covered the topics like “ What does a woman stand for in business life/social life? Legal rights of women”

“We invest in programs and activities that focus on ensuring women have the confidence, skills and exposure they need to be considered for leadership roles in a masculine environment. Training and development opportunities we provide to our women employees are in our companies’ standard curriculum—women attend general leadership/mentorship programs along with their male colleagues. The additional networking, info sharing activities such as the one with YTT Law Office are in addition to the standard cirriculum, we call it; a manifestation of our commitment to women empowerment.” says Ronny Onkelinx, VP Holding,  “During the meeting, Mert, with his interactive style and easy to understand wording, performed very well and provided legal information with examples from daily life and he really took us one step forward!”
