Bloomberg LP Chairman Peter T. Grauer Signs The Hispanic Promise
September 16, 2020 /3BL Media/ - Bloomberg LP announced that its Chairman, Peter T. Grauer, has signed The Hispanic Promise, the first-of-it's its kind national pledge to hire, promote, retain and celebrate Hispanics in the workplace. By joining more than 150 other corporations in a public commitment to champion Hispanics in the U.S. workplace, Bloomberg is reinforcing its company-wide effort to promote diversity and inclusion globally, including initiatives to source and advance underrepresented talent throughout the company.
Launched at the World Economic Forum in 2019 in Davos, Switzerland by the We Are All Human Foundation, the Hispanic Promise is a non-legally binding sign of intention, result of the joint effort of multiple Hispanic Organizations as a call to action for business leaders and companies of Corporate America to create a more inclusive work environment for Hispanics.
“Bloomberg joins the growing movement of companies that are creating a more inclusive environment for Hispanics,” said Grauer. “This pledge affirms Bloomberg’s commitment to supporting our Latinx employees, ensuring they feel value and, above all, heard in our diverse and inclusive workplace.”
