Bruce Power Receives Highest Level of Recognition by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business
This is the highest level of recognition offered by the CCAB and Bruce Power is one of only 12 companies in Canada to receive the designation.
TIVERTON, ONTARIO, September 18, 2014 /3BL Media/ - Bruce Power has been awarded a gold level certification from the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB) for excellence in Aboriginal Relations.
This is the highest level of recognition offered by the CCAB and Bruce Power is one of only 12 companies in Canada to receive the designation.

The Progressive Aboriginal Relations program is a comprehensive initiative offered by the CCAB that supports improvement and best practices in Aboriginal relations. The gold designation indicates that certified companies are good business partners; great places to work, and are committed to prosperity in Aboriginal communities.

Bruce Power submitted its application earlier this year, the details of which were verified by an independent third party. Its outcomes and initiatives in four performance areas - employment, business development, community investment and community engagement - were reviewed by a jury of Aboriginal business people.
