The Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility mourns the passing of its longest serving board member and President and CEO of Aspira Association, Inc. Ronald Blackburn-Moreno. Mr. Blackburn-Moreno will be remembered as a pioneering champion of educational excellence in the Hispanic community and a key figure in the early development of the Latino empowerment movement.
