Home Grown: Supporting sustainably-grown US cotton

Do you know where the cotton in your t-shirt came from? We think consumers should be able to make informed choices by knowing what went into the clothes they buy. Gildan makes the conscious choice to purchase US cotton because it is sustainably grown and ethically harvested. As the largest domestic consumer of US cotton, we are positively impact thousands of proud American cotton farmers and their families.

We appreciate the efforts they have made in adopting conservation practices and integrating precision agricultural methods into their operations to reduce their environmental impacts. We spin this cotton into yarns in our seven US-based yarn-spinning facilities which employ more than 1,400 people.
