CBRE Strengthens DE&I Efforts with Addition of Two Seasoned Professionals
Ryan Mitchell and LaTonya Woodson will support CBRE business segments in advancing DE&I
Dallas, March 10, 2021 /3BL Media/ - CBRE announced it has expanded its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) team with the addition of two new professionals, Ryan Mitchell and LaTonya Woodson.
Mr. Mitchell will lead DE&I efforts for CBRE’s Advisory Services and Real Estate Investments businesses, and drive activities for its Corporate functions. He has more than 20 years of DE&I experience, serves as an adjunct professor at Warner University, and is a published author. He earned a Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Walden University. Prior to CBRE, Mr. Mitchell served as vice president of talent development and diversity & inclusion at Texas Capital Bank.
Ms. Woodson will lead DE&I efforts for CBRE’s Global Workplace Solutions business. She has more than 20 years of DE&I and talent management experience and is a published author and DE&I facilitator at Cornell University. Ms. Woodson received her Ph.D. in applied technology & performance improvement from the University of North Texas. She serves on the advisory council of the North Texas Chapter of the National Diversity Council and holds multiple certifications focused on diversity, leadership development and training. Ms. Woodson joins CBRE from Korn Ferry, where she served as a global DE&I senior manager.

The addition of Mr. Mitchell and Ms. Woodson helps strengthen CBRE’s DE&I strategy and efforts, specifically at the business-segment level. Their hiring follows Mr. Dismond’s recent promotion to Chief Responsibility Officer, which brought together all aspects of the company’s Environmental, Social & Governance efforts, including DE&I, under his leadership.
