CNH Industrial Presents Its Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives at Panel for International Day of the Girl
Recently, CNH Industrial recognised the International Day of the Girl at the American Chamber of Commerce to the European Union (AmCham EU) in Brussels by joining an institutional panel discussion entitled, “Dare to dream, girls!”.
Alongside representatives at the panel from the United Nations, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and private sector stakeholders, was Alessandra Gario, CNH Industrial’s Diversity and Inclusion Manager for EMEA. She presented the company’s brands’ recent initiatives, which offer inclusive opportunities for young women in the agriculture and construction sectors and have been developed and aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
She highlighted how gender inclusivity and female empowerment can be placed within a larger Diversity and Inclusion lens by explaining how CNH Industrial is committed to a range of projects that support not only employees but also local communities. It means the company is equipped to work in an open, flexible, and challenging environment.
Diversity and Inclusion is a key pillar of CNH Industrial’s culture. The company understands it is critical to attracting and retaining the world’s most promising people.
