Comcast NBCUniversal Named a Best Workplace for Women

Great Place to Work and Fortune have named Comcast NBCUniversal one of its Best Workplaces for Women for the sixth consecutive year, ranking 5th for 2022! This year’s ranking reflects our combined efforts to foster a workplace culture where all teammates, regardless of their background, feel supported, embraced, and heard.

The Best Workplaces for Women list is determined by a partnership with Fortune and the people analytics firm, Great Place to Work. The list is formed by analyzing anonymous survey feedback from thousands of organizations in the United States, including nearly 1.2 million employee responses. Comcast NBCUniversal rose six spots from its 2021 ranking.
