CHICAGO, June 1, 2015 /3BL Media/ - Amanda MacArthur, VP , Global Pro Bono and Engagement at PYXERA Global will speak at The Conference Board’s 21st Annual Leadership Development Conference. Building on the New York event Ms. MacArthur will continue the conversation in leadership development on pro bono as a panelist on, Global Leadership: Innovation in Executive Development at Pfizer, on June 4th in Chicago. The panel will be moderated by Harris Ginsberg, former VP of Executive Development at Pfizer.
Ms. MacArthur will be speaking about innovation in executive development through global pro bono programs like Pfizer’s Chairman’s Challenge, an initiative that accelerates readiness of key senior executive talent through an emphasis on experiential learning. Ms. MacArthur will be accompanied by three Pfizer executives:
- Claire Maguire, Director, Social Investments, Corporate Responsibility, Pfizer
- David Mahl, Director, Senior Executive and High Potential Programs, Pfizer
Global Leadership: Innovation in Executive Development at Pfizer will address Pfizer’s innovative approach to executive development and the success of the Chairman’s Challenge.
